  1. Start by downloading the Print and Scan Doctor tool.
  2. In the next step, click on 'Run PSdr.exe' command from ‘Download’ on your computer.
  3. Once it’s open, choose your printer from the options mentioned in the list.
  4. The screen may prompt a message, 'Turn on the printer updates'. In this case, click Yes.
